Contact form

On this website, you have the possibility to contact us via “contact”. The data entered by you will be used to answer your inquiry and will be stored on our server for four weeks. For this cause, it is necessary that you provide your e-mail address; you can enter further information voluntarily (legal basis: Art. 6 I 1 a DSGVO). The processing of your data is legally permissible on the basis of your consent until revocation, if any. You can revoke your consent at any time and free of charge by contacting us or our data protection officer at the above-mentioned contact details. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing that has taken place up to this point in time.
Furthermore, when using the contact form your IP address will be transmitted to us. This is required to guarantee system security; in this way we ensure that we are not contacted via technical equipment ("robots"), but only in specific cases by individual persons. Your IP address will be automatically deleted from our servers one week later. Customers can create a service account by registration via https://mediwiss-analytic.de/service.php. Registered customers can ask questions, order products and they can obtain further information. The registration requires information on you name, the company or lab for which you are employed, your telephone number, a current e-mail address and the country in which your company or lab is located (legal basis: Art. 6 I 1 a GDPR and, in case of contract fulfilment, possibly Art. 6 I 1 b GDPR). After the registration, we provide you with a login-password. We use your data to answer your question, to deliver the ordered products or to send you the requested information.
As far as the processing of your data is legally permissible on the basis of your consent, you can revoke your consent at any time and free of charge by contacting us or our data protection officer at the above-mentioned contact details. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing that has taken place up to this point in time. You can also delete your registration and all corresponding data collections instantly by following the instructions on the "My account" page (at the bottom at the page).

Cookies and Server-Logfiles

With regard to the customer service login, the website uses session cookies which are small text files that are stored in your browser. Until all browser windows are closed, those cookies will be retained. Whenever registered customers log in with their e-mail address and password, the login status will be stored.
